First trailer added for MBC drama series “Kind Ms. Sun-Joo” (literal title) starring Shim Yi-Young, Song Chang-Eui, Choi Jung-Yoon, and Jung Young-Sub. The weekday evening drama series revolves around two couples who divorce due to an affair between one person from each couple. Actress Shim Yi-Young is exclusively featured in the first trailer as Pi Sun-Joo.

“Kind Ms. Sun-Joo” will first air in November 2024 (takes over MBC’s Monday-Friday 7:05 p.m. time slot after “The Brave Yong Su-Jeong”).

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Pi Sun-Joo (Shim Yi-Young) works as an interior designer in a small neighborhood. She is married to Jeon Nam-Jin (Jung Young-Sub), who is an ambitious architect. Although Pi Sun-Joo is devoted to her husband, he falls in love with Jin Sang-A (Choi Jung-Yoon), who will become the successor of an architecture company. To further pursue his love and ambitions, Jeon Nam-Jin files for divorce from Pi Sun-Joo. After their divorce, Pi Sun-Joo decides to start his new life. Meanwhile, architect Kim So-Woo (Song Chang-Eui) is married to Jin Sang-A. Unlike Jin Sang-A, he is content with a stable situation rather than being fueled by ambition. Due to his wife’s affair with Jeon Nam-Jin, Kim So-Woo divorces. After meeting Pi Sun-Joo, Kim So-Woo experiences a turning point in his life.
