First trailer and two teaser posters added for tvN drama series “The Potato Lab” (English title) starring Lee Sun-Bin and Kang Tae-Oh. For actor Kang Tae-Oh, “The Potato Lab” is his first acting role since he completed his mandatory military service on March 19, 2024. The caption on the teaser posters reads: “This man entered into my research subject, which was nothing other than potatoes. .”
“The Potato Lab” will first air on March 1, 2025 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s 9:20 p.m. time slot on Saturday and Sunday after “When the Stars Gossip”).
Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Kim Mi-Kyeong (Lee Sun-Bin) is a researcher at the Potato Research Institute in a mountain valley. She has been working at the institute for 12 years and she takes her work seriously. His life is simple, but things change after So Baek-Ho (Kang Tae-Oh) appears at the Potato Research Institute. So Baek-Ho has good looks with a bright smile, but he can be a cold-blooded capitalist. Kim Mi-Kyeong and So Baek-Ho don’t get along and they clash over just about everything.
