Anne: Happy Tuesday … Ah … Thursday theater lovers! (I started this post on Sunday … took me four days to finish it …) How has it already gone over a month since I posted for the last time? All my days have been filled with all kinds of work problems and work stuff, sucking all my motivation for the surveillance of the theater. I discovered that the more I have stress at work, and less likely that I want to spend too much time looking at dramas that measure more than 4 hours … Yes, my duration of attention has now been considerably affected by YouTube videos. Combine this with my bad memory … that I attribute to all the stress.

In order to find an interesting outlet at work (and give me something else to do instead of stressing on things that I cannot control only, I started a weekly puzzle competition for our world team. The funniest is … I always thought that I would be good enough in these, and I joined myself that I was not doing very well with the absorbed thought … but my boy.

In addition to being busy at work in recent weeks … Something else has invaded my household television, which is controlled by the nine years. (I look at all my things on my phone.)

Kpop demon hunters

Yes … you have read that correctly. The nine -year -old child is completely obsessed – and as a result, these songs are now playing in rehearsal in my head … even in my dreams!

Netflix got a blow that probably exceeded their wildest dreams.

Let’s recapture how it all happened (in my house …).

I saw this appear on my Netflix recommendations as 3 months ago, probably because of all the dramas K that I have looked at and also many, many on my surveillance list. I saw that it was a cartoon and I never clicked on it. Then towards the beginning of early August, the nine -year -old told me that he saw a recommendation on my Netflix (he did this thing where he claimed that he did not know what the show was called …), and asked about what he knew what it was. Of course I didn’t do it. After about a day about a day, when I was not proactive enough to start the film with myself, he also invited that “everyone at school” talks about it.

So … we started the film … I did not expect what happened. The beginning was simply noisy, everything was noisy, visually. Even the intrigue was noisy. And I crammed a little when the cartoons of cartoons were booted on the abs the cartoon. Because the film told a story that was quite centered on women, the boy (who is at age when he is careful to love anything too girly) wanted to stop looking after about 20 minutes.

This break lasted every 5 minutes, and the nine -year -old child asked to start the film again.

And that was the start of the end. My weeks of audio bombing of Kpop Demon Hunters songs. I swear that the more I am exposed, the more these songs dug in my brain.

Then the YouTube videos started. When I saw the content creators who generally talk about games began to discuss this film, it was then that I made how viral this film has become.

So … I was part of many Soda Pop dance performances. I heard each song, sung, out of pitch, with almost perfect lyrics, over and over in the past 6 weeks.

And then last Saturday morning, the largest Top 40 radio station played Golden …

Sigh … I’m never going to take these songs out of my head.

Now … if someone has not yet seen this film … It is essentially a small drama K, have rejected in <100 minutes. History is a mixture of eastern and western mythology. We have the girls' trio, Rumi, Mira and Zoey, with super fighting skills and magical demon combat powers through their voices. Rumi's voice begins to crack because it is half demon (if it was an appropriate drama, we would have transmitted a story on the side about 3 episodes on her parents. And probably follow 1 episode each of a background story for Mira and Zoey) and her "models" start the show. In the meantime, in the world of demons, the Demon Lord is an amorphous entity that tries to go out in the real world, which is currently protected by girls.

During a brainstorming session in the demon world, Jinu (a demon boy) offers a plan; To form a group of demonic boys to remove the fans of girls and break their group / friendship. In exchange for his success, he wants the Demon Lord to erase his memories. And why, you can ask? We get a very brief story about the way Jinu sold his soul for a change in his life, but he left his mother and his younger sister to die in poverty. (In an appropriate drama, we have passed 2 other episodes on this story, perhaps we get more information on the reasons why he was so selfish. I mean, abandoning your family, in particular your mother, is probably the first two of the worst sins of the culture of the Extreme Eastern.)

Of course, there are the silly characters … A Tiger / Cat of OcD blue demon (I cannot say what it is …) with the strange smile of the Cheshire Cat. While the intrigue of the film advances, of course, Jinu and Rumi become friends of a kind and a happy ending for girls.

And like all the other dramas K – there is enough end open for a continuation of history.

And now we are going to go from a children’s film to something that is certainly not for children.

ABO Désir (or desire, the series)

Now, it may not be a lot of the favorite type of theater of people, but this series has brought a world on the screen that I do not believe that many of us would have ever waited. It was broadcast on some of the main Chinese applications, but all of this was drawn a few weeks ago, and Viki was the only one to finish. In fact, I did not start the series when it succeeded in my usual Chinese streaming applications, fearing that it was completed. But I suppose only because it was produced by a Taiwanese subsidiary, this drama was not chopped like the others.

For those who do not know the configuration of the abo world, I look at this like the Xian-XIA worlds. In addition to the unusual division of sexuality and fertility, the world is fundamentally populated by a small number of super humans with “superpowers”. There are many more “rules” but it is difficult to explain if this kind is not your cup of tea.

But … let’s move on to the reason for which I am addicted to this drama. There is a great underlying sexual tension that has not yet disappeared (13 episodes with 3 others to be broadcast).

The story started with a mysterious man who gathered all the previous lovers of Sheng Shao in his super fantasy house. (Look at this pool !!! I want one!)

This mysterious man learns the type that Sheng Shao you prefer in in bed.

Shao You and Shen Wen Lang are rivals in business, but he needs the collaboration of his rival because he needs drugs (which is sought) to save his father’s life. During his meeting with Wen Lang, Shao, you saw Hua Yong, a man who met him in the hospital earlier during the day. Hua Yong is all that is Shao that you normally like, from start to finish. It is soft, with the fragile, obedient and seems to be someone who is easily intimidated … and tears easily (there is a description that we hear a lot in Asian dramas … The aqueous look).

Shao you meet Wen Lang is not going well. His rival refuses to give collaboration on the discovery of drugs that Shao are looking for. And it is the beginning of a very large trap that Hua Yong set up to attract his prey, Shao You.

If someone saw the characters of Trea Green, Hua Yong is a master of the Téré Green tactics. He sets up several situations where he is the victim, stirring the protective instincts of Shao, and guilt while Hua Yong always enters these situations which is all in favor of Shao you. And as a public, I look at this child, all acting in tears and intimidated, and I laugh silently with Glee every time you “save” Hua Yong. Because we all know that it is an act, which is well planned … for years. Hua Yong threw his goal on Shao you since he was 6 years old or something like that.

There are a lot of plot.

And we also have our second CP. Shen Wen Lang and his secretary, Gao Tu, who is in love with his boss.
