Hiroshi Abe, Mei Nagano and Shunsuke Michieda are thrown into the dramatic series TBS “Caster”. The dramatic series offers an original scenario that revolves around a longtime new program that is mired with low notes. Hiroshi Abe will play Soichi Shindo. He is hired to become the new anchorman of the program. It is an unconventional scholarship holder who follows his own rules to investigate cases and will do everything to reveal the truth. Mei Nagano will play Hana Sakikubo. She is the new director of the program for the news program and her history are in varieties. Shunsuke Michieda will play Yusuke Motohashi. He is deputy director and in his second year at the station.

“Caster” will be broadcast for the first time in April 2025 in Japan (took charge of the Sunday time slot at 9 pm after “Mr. Mikami’s Classroom”).
