Jun Shison participates in the NTV drama series “10 Kai Kitte Taorenai Ki wa Nai”. The drama series is written by Izumi Kawasaki (“Single Flower Day”) and directed by Naoko Komuro (“Escape”) and Hidemi Uchida (“The Reluctant Preacher”). In “10 Kai Kitte Taorenai Ki wa Nai”, Jun Shison will play Teru Aoki. He lost his parents at the age of 7 and was later adopted by his father’s best friend from South Korea. Teru Aoki later grew up in South Korea as Kim Min-Seok and took over his adoptive family’s business. Things changed after his father died in South Korea. He then returns to Japan and meets Momoko Kawase.

“10 Kai Kitte Taorenai Ki wa Nai” will first air on April 12, 2026 in Japan.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: When Teru Aoki (Jun Shison) was 7 years old, he lost his parents in an accident. He was later adopted by a Korean, Kim Jeong-Hun, who was the best friend of Teru Aoki’s late father and the head of one of Korea’s major conglomerates.

Teru Aoki grew up in South Korea under the name Kim Min-Seok. He is accepted as the successor to his adoptive father’s business, but things change after his father’s death. Teru Aoki is kicked out of his Korean family and, although filled with sadness, he returns to Japan after 23 years. There he meets Dr. Momoko Kawase whose father died in an accident. They are attracted to each other.
