Kang Hoon, Kim Hye-Jun and Cha Woo-Min are cast in the tvN drama series “Bias’ Employee” (literal title). The drama series features an office romance storyline based on Seong-Eun’s webcomic series “Woori Obbaneun Idol.” Kim Hye-Jun will play the cheerful Nam Da-Reum. She joined the fashion startup Appello so she could work with her favorite idol, Lee Chan (Cha Woo-Min), who works at the company as a manager. Just when she is about to meet her idol, she finds herself entangled with the CEO (Kang Hoon).

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: As CEO, Kang Ha-Ki (Kang Hoon) successfully led the fashion startup Appello. From a distance he looks cold, but in reality he has a warm heart. His calm and cool demeanor is shaken by his new employee Nam Da-Reum (Kim Hye-Jun).

For 11 years, Nam Da-Reum has been a fan of idol group member Lee Chan (Cha Woo-Min). She turned down a job offer from a big company so she could work at Appello, where Lee Chan works as a director. Just as she is about to turn her passion into a career, she unexpectedly becomes involved with CEO Kang Ha-Ki. This places his professional life in a difficult situation.

Lee Chan went from idol to actor and icon of his time. He seems perfect, but he lived in a solitude that no one knows anything about. He expanded his career to become director of fashion startup Appello. There, he confronts his fan Nam Da-Reum.
