Kim Hye-Soo, Cho Yeo-Jeong, Kim Ji-Hoon and Kim Jae-Chul are cast in the Coupang Play drama series “It’s Not About Infidelity Right Now” (literal title). The dark comedy is directed by Lee Chang-Hee (“A Killer Paradox”). Additionally, director Hwang Dong-Hyuk (Squid Game) is participating in the drama series as both showrunner and producer. The storyline revolves around two couples who bond over secrets. The first reading of the script has already taken place.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Kyeong-Hee (Kim Hye-Soo), already a popular influencer and CEO of an interior design company, craves even greater success. She is married to actor Jae-Hong (Kim Ji-Hoon), but he lives in the shadow of his successful wife Kyeong-Hee. Their neighbor is Su-Jeong (Cho Yeo-Jeong), a dermatologist. Su-Jeong is embroiled in a messy divorce with her ex-husband Bo-Seong (Kim Jae-Chul) as they fight over custody of their daughter. Su-Jeong tries to protect her daughter no matter what. Meanwhile, Bo-Seong tries everything possible to regain custody of his daughter. The lives of these two couples are linked by an uncontrollable secret that makes even adultery insignificant. A series of chaotic collisions ensues.
