One day, Natsumi’s father suddenly tells him that her marriage has been decided and that her husband will be Takimasa Ebata (Kyoya Honda), who is an officer of the imperial navy. She is surprised by the announcement of her father. She never had a romantic relationship and she never met Takimasa Ebata before. Even for their wedding, Takimasa Ebata is unable to attend his naval training. Natsumi holds the wedding ceremony with the photo of Takimasa Ebata. She cannot hide her embarrassment in the way their marriage begins. Later, once the naval training of Takimasa Ebata, she meets it for the first time. It is uncomfortable because it does not express what it thinks or feels. Nevertheless, Natsumi supports him like his wife and works hard with household work. Over time, she notices her kindness and gradually opens to him.
