Draw the synopsis by Asianwiki: taking place in 1998, Park SE-Ri (Shin Eun-Soo) attended the Lycée de Busan and is 19 years old. She has never been able to confess her feelings to anyone, because of her extremely curly hair that cannot be changed, no matter how much she tries. She has a crush on Kim Hyun (Cha Woo-Min), who happens to be the most popular male student in the school. One day, a Seoul transfer student, named Han Yoon-Seok (Gong Myung), arrives at high school that Park Se-Ri is attending. He is 20 years old, which is a year older than other students. His background story is unknown to his new classmates, but he was transferred to Busan after giving up on his university entrance exam. With an indifferent attitude, Han Yoon-Seok watches Park Se-Ry try to make his unrelated love. Meanwhile, Park Se-Ri tries to approach Han Yoon-Seok, who is his only solution to successfully confess his feelings to Kim Hyun. Park SE-Ri is also good friends with Baek Seong-Rae (Yoon Sang-Hyeon), who tries to help him with his confession plan, and Ko In-Jeong (Kang Mi-Na), who is his rival and tells him the secret to have stiff hair.
