Trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “Boyfriend on Demand” starring Kim Ji-Soo and Seo In-Guk. The romantic comedy drama series follows webtoon PD Seo Mi-Rae (Kim Ji-Soo), exhausted by life, as she subscribes to a virtual dating simulation service. She is surprised by the results.

“Boyfriend on Demand” will be available to stream starting March 6, 2026.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Seo Mi-Rae (Kim Ji-Soo) works as a webtoon PD. She is used to living without a boyfriend, because of her busy and exhausting daily life. She enters the virtual world via a Monthly Issue Boyfriend device she received by chance. There, she experiences super strong dopamine from having a romantic relationship with unrealistically perfect men in the virtual world. This awakens Seo Mi-Rae’s love cells, which had been dormant for a long time. Meanwhile, she has a rival, Park Kyeong-Nam (Seo In-Guk), at her workplace. He also works as a PD of the webtoon. To Seo Mi-Rae, he is the most uncomfortable person ever, but he is known as a good worker. He seems indifferent and a bit selfish, while he also carries some secrets.
