First trailer and teaser poster added for ENA drama series “Namib” starring Ko Hyun-Jung and Ryeo Un. Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Kang Soo-Hyun (Ko Hyun-Jung) is a star producer who trains idols with her own philosophy and intuition. For unknown reasons, she is fired from Pandora Entertainment. At home, Kang Soo-Hyun is his family’s breadwinner. Her husband, Shim Joon-Seok (Yoon Sang-Hyun), is a full-time housewife and takes care of their son Shim Jin-Woo (Lee Jin-Woo). Before becoming a housewife, Shim Joon-Seok worked as a music producer, but, after his son lost his hearing in a car accident as a child, he quit his job to take care of him and their home full time.
To get back on his feet, Kang Soo-Hyun embarks on a new star-making project. She chooses Yoo Jin-Woo (Ryeo Un) as her trainee. Yoo Jin-Woo has been training to become an idol for the past 10 years and he carries with him all kinds of baggage like his parents’ debt and his past career. Just when Yoo Jin-Woo was about to give up on his dream, Kang Soo-Hyun chose him as his trainee. Yoo Jin-Woo is now seriously resuming his training. As Shim Joon-Seok’s desire to return to his job as a music producer grows, Kang Soo-Hyun tells him to work as Yoo Jin-Woo’s producer.
