Bae Hyun-Sung and Cha Kang-Yoon are cast in the lead roles in the TVING drama series “Proxy University Entrance Exam” (literal title). Park Yoon-Ho, Uhm Ji-Won, Park Hyuk-Kwon and Baek Ji-Won also star in the drama series. For the drama series “Proxy University Entrance Exam”, Bae Hyun-Sung and Cha Kang-Yoon will play high school students. Bae Hyun-Sung will play Nam Jae-Yeob. He blackmails Kang Geon-Tae (Cha Kang-Yoon) into taking his college entrance exam.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Nam Jae-Yeob (Bae Hyun-Sung) attends a prestigious private high school, whose students mostly come from wealthy families. Nam Jae-Yeob seems like a perfect model student with good looks and good grades, but it’s all just a facade.

Kang Geon-Tae (Cha Kang-Yoon) is a scholarship student at the same high school. He comes from a low-income family. Kang Geon-Tae always ranks first academically in his high school. His immediate goal in life is to attend a prestigious university. He has no friends at school except Joo Hee-Dong (Park Yoon-Ho). To survive, Kang Geon-Tae makes a choice and this choice becomes his weakness. Meanwhile, Nam Jae-Yeob understands Kang Geon-Tae’s weakness and blackmails him into taking a college entrance exam on his behalf.
