Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Matsuri Hoshino (Haru Kuroki) is the daughter of the ruling party’s general secretary and also works for her father as a secretary. Inside the letter, a newspaper clipping details the death of a medical school dean from a fall and also contains writing claiming “You Killed.” Matsuri Hoshino secretly investigates her father’s past and discovers some secrets. Due to an incident, her father hears about what she is doing and fires her from her secretary job and also tells her to leave his house.

Matsuri Hoshino ends up losing everything. Then by chance, she meets Akari Tsukioka (Kayo Noro) who runs a small snack bar alone. At this time, the current governor of Tokyo resigned due to a scandal and an election was quickly held for his position. Matsuri Hoshino and Akari Tsukioka decide to team up and embark on a campaign to make Akari Tsukioka the governor of Tokyo.
